6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

1.We will focus on braking down the damaged area to the bare bones of the structure.
2.We will learn how to rebuild the damaged area and claim all times to maximize the dollar amount and trades used to receive the P&O for the entire job.
 

B. Development-

1. Show the proper measuring of roofs, siding and other exterior damaged items, in slid show and film form
2. Demonstrate to the class how to measure the interior room and all items to be replaced
 

C. Practice-

1.Have displays of damaged shingles
2. Display of A/C unit fin damage
3.Dry wall display of water damage
 

D. Independent Practice-

1. Two man teams to measure and write an estimate with the items in the training room area for an insurance claim estimate
2. Have sheets with mock rooms drawn out so the students can brake down the items in the room for an insurance claim estimate
