1.Practice previously taught language.
2.Develop student fluency in previously taught language.

5. Materials and Aids-
|
1.DVD player and screen/ projector or could be played via laptop
and projector. |

6. Procedures/Methods-
|
A. Introduction-
1.Watching scene from film "The Bucket List"
2.Warmer exercise-"Talk, Talk, Die" incorporating have you ever question
list with exercise. |

|
B. Development-
1.Students to be arranged in groups of four.
2.Hand out list of "have you ever.."-questions to groups.
3.Groups to either select four items in the list or choose four things
they have done out of the ordinary that is not on the list. |
|
|
C. Practice-
1.Students to discuss these selected items in their groups.
2.Each student should get a turn to lead the discussion. Per each
item.
2.Monitor student's discussions and listen for any extended topics
that might be discussed further. |

D. Independent Practice-
1.As an individual assignment students to list 5 things they would
like to do before they die / a bucket list and why and prepare an
oral report to be given in the next class. |
|
|
E. Checking for understanding-
1.Complete an example of the exercise.
2.Ask one or two students what they plan to do with their homework
assignment. |
|
|
F. Closure-
1.Lead a discussion regarding interesting topics that arose in the
group discussion. Such as extraordinary things that students have
actually done.
2.Ask students about any surprising things that came up or interesting
things they learnt about their classmates. |
