vocabularies about greeting people, responding people, introducing yourself and saying good-bye
for example; hi, hello, good-bye, nice to meet you etc.

1.using expressions to act out short exchanges to greet people and say good-bye
2.being able to introduce yourself and others
3.asking questions about each other to meet and greet

1.give examples from daily life by using the structure
2.understand the sentences about the structure when they hear
3.make sentences to introduce themselves
 
5. Materials and Aids-
smart board for listening activities and watch videos
worksheets
 
6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

1.start by writing the expressions off to the side of the board for reference
2.start by brainstorming a list of possible responses to the traditional, "How are you?" and write the answers on the board
3.make the pronunciation practice
 

B. Development-

1.ask questions and make them answer in the target structure
2.drawing speech bubbles to the board and completing them together
3.ask them to talk in pairs
 

C. Practice-

1.activities from worksheets and from their books
2.listening a song to fill the blanks with the vocabularies which are learned in the structure
3.write dialogues in pairs and then take the roles and read the dialogues aloud
 

D. Independent Practice-

1.give some phrases to make sentences in the form of dialogue
2.make pronunciation exercise
 

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-

1.finding more exercises
2.using different methods such as drama
3.watching more videos and dialogues about the subjects
 

F. Checking for understanding-

1.asking questions to answer

1.revise all the structures and vocabularies

8. Teacher Reflection-
Drawing speech bubbles to the board and completing them together was a good exercise. All of the students wanted to participate.
Writing dialogues in pairs and then take the roles and read the dialogues aloud was also a good activity because they improve their pronunciation.
Listening a song was entertaining and it improves not only their listening skill but also their speaking.
