3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-
|
1.To achieve expressing likes/dislikes
2.Ability to tell what they like/dislike eating in breakfast
3.Compare and contrast what they eat, like/dislike with their friends |

4. Objectives-
|
The students will be able to;
1.Describe what they eat in breakfast
2.Make sentences with like/ don't like, love/hate
3.Interact with their friends by asking questions |

5. Materials and Aids-
|
| Teacher's Book, Student's Book, Cards, Handout, Chart, Pencil |

6. Procedures/Methods-
|
|
A. Introduction-
1.Distribute cards about the foods and drinks.
2.Want them to change the cards with their friends in order to provide
all of them to see all the foods and drinks on that cards. |

|
B. Development-
1.Write the target words on the cards to the board and check if
they know any of these words.
2. Give the meaning of like, don't like, love, hate and explain the
structure of like/dislike.
3. Share examples about what I like or dislike. |

|
|
C. Practice-
| 1.Demand them to write clear sentences about the topic by using
the target words on their notebooks. |
| |
|
|
D. Independent Practice-
1.Want them to make a dialogue with their friends about what they
like/dislike.
2.Ask them to describe their imaginary breakfast to their partners. |

|
|
E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-
| 1.Give them handouts and do the first part of the handout together
in the class. |

|
|
F. Checking for understanding-
1.Ask them if they have any questions about the topic.
2.Ask the meanings of the target words to the students to clarify
the lesson. |

G. Closure-
1.Tell again the major points at the end of the lesson.
2.Want them to study the topic to make the learning permanent.
3. Assign them to ask their parents what they like/dislike eating
in breakfast. |

|
| 1.The students are able to tell what they like/dislike and make
a dialogue in pairs. |
