3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-
1.developing more accurate pronunciation and articulation of words.
2.understanding the ideas and the words that shows a lesson within the rhymes.
3.learning to speak words and use it while talking within and outside the classroom.
 
4. Objectives-
1.Students will be familiar with many different nursery rhymes.
2.Helps to develop skills in thinking, comprehending and analyzing ideas in the nursery rhymes
3. tend to promote a friendly learning activity to enhance the learning ability of students
 
5. Materials and Aids-
English Reading Books, PowerPoint presentation on various nursery rhymes, Flashcards
 
6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

1.What are nursery rhymes?
2.What are the different nursery rhymes?
3. How it helps fro more effective reading activity and learning?
 

B. Development-

1. Show to the students the various nursery rhymes they will perform
2.read it first for them to know how to sing and perform it.
3.let the class hear the music of how the nursery rhymes are performed and sung.
 

C. Practice-

1.Have the class brainstorm nursery rhyme titles and list them.
2.Each person selects a nursery rhyme to say from memory.
3.Shoe the chosen nursery rhymes to the class and perform it.
 

D. Independent Practice-

1.act out your nursery rhyme and include your name and different ideas, but using the same rhyme pattern (discuss rhyming patterns and rhyming words)
2.Draw your nursery rhyme
3.write and draw an advertisement for a product or business using your nursery rhyme (present to the business - they love it)
 

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-

1.Present rhymes and discuss.
2.Display drawings and nursery rhymes.
3.make up a story about a nursery rhyme character (using the present, past, future, other characters, etc.)
 

F. Checking for understanding-

1.learners are able to perform the different nursery rhymes in the class.
2.learners are able to memorize and understand the shown nursery rhymes.
3.lesson are learned and the students show performance where they are able to analyze the meaning of the rhymes as they sang it.
 

G. Closure-

1. it teaches rhyming and important listening skills for reading
2.These nursery rhymes give lesson for the students to apply it to themselves
 
7. Evaluation-
1.read the following nursery Rhymes and explain its meaning.
2. perform the nursery rhymes by Group and show it to the class
 
8. Teacher Reflection-
reading can be more enjoyable when learners are interested during the lesson wherein they participates well and learn form the activity conducted. Through their performance they can be assessed if the activity is effective for learning.
