3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-
|
| This is a culminating activity where each child will choose a farm
animal and share basic facts like what they eat, the names of offspring,
are they responsible for food production, by products, and any interesting
facts they may have learned. We will make a compilation of them all |

4. Objectives-
|
1.Students will be able to identify a sic needs of an animal and explain how those
needs are met
2.Students will be able to identify common animals found on pa farms
3.Students will be able to explain the influence of agriculture on food, clothing and
shelter |

5. Materials and Aids-
|
| information they have already gathered on anchor charts, iPad, chatterpix |

6. Procedures/Methods-
|

A. Introduction-
1. I will show my *talking* cow on the smart board
2. since this will be a culminating activity to our farm unit, a quick
review of each anchor chart would be done |

B. Development-
Demonstrate on smart board how We use chatterpix.: download picture,
draw mouth, record voice, replay, show filters, stickers, frames,
adding text option, download to camera roll
|

C. Practice-
1. have students pull a preloaded picture of a piece of fruit from
the camera roll
2.complete the above steps together

D. Independent Practice-
1. allow the students to choose the animal they want to *report*
on
2. download a picture
3.draw mouth
4. record animal facts
5. replay
6. no filters, stickers or frames this time
