1. Topic-
Arabic Alphabet and Main Symbols
 
2. Content-
Teaches the 3 main Arabic symbols and all 28 alphabet.
 
3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-
My goals are to teach all 28 of the alphabet and use the English letters to help translate the sound. Then after that I'll give a brief lesson about the 3 main symbols.
 
4. Objectives-
My objectives are to teach and make sure they understand the letters and know the vowels. Also, know how to make the sounds.
 
5. Materials and Aids-
My materials will be:
* Computer
* Whiteboard
* PowerPoint
* Kahoot
* Youtube
 
6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

My introduction will be talking about what I'm going to teach them. A little summary about it and where the language is used mostly. Then jump into the lesson.
 

B. Development-

First Ill start writing down the alphabets and making the sound of the alphabet. Next I will Make an English translation to the letters. Then I will show the vowels, and after that I will explain the 3 Main symbols and what they do to the letter.
 

C. Practice-

For the practice for my class Ill make sure to answer all questions and give as much explanation as I could to help answer it.
 

D. Independent Practice-

My independent practice will be to help focus my attention to the crowd and not to anything else and get distracted and to have a memorization of what I'm going to say.
 

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-

If someone had trouble seeing Ill make sure they move up to the board. If someone doesn't understand I can possibly give a worksheet. If someone couldn't hear very well Ill give them a printed copy to view independently.
 

F. Checking for understanding-

To make sure if everyone is understanding the lesson Ill ask frequently if they understand and if they don't Ill ask what they don't and put my focus to it.
 

G. Closure-

Ill end it with and give them an explanation of where they could use the language. Also its really fun and cool to learn another language.
 
7. Evaluation-
I want to make sure everyone understands, ill probably explain more to the person and go online if needed help to make sure to answer that question.
