1.Students will effectively salute and greet strangers.
2. Students will effectively salute and greet friends and people who
we are familiar with.
3. Students will understand common phrases and reproduce them for
effective communication. |

|
Heavy use of repetition and some use of writing. Illustrations and
pictures.

6. Procedures/Methods-
|
A. Introduction-
1. Teacher presents his/herself to class and induces repetition.
2. A student will be asked to participate in a simple dialogue with
the teacher.

B. Development-
1. Repeating a simple dialogue three or four times with different
students
2. Students will be asked to share with one another what they have
learned.
3. Pictures will be presented to students and new concepts will be
introduced. |

1. Students will be asked to repeat the dialogues consistently and
will witness others.
