1. Helping the learners in eliminate their fear upon the public
speaking in their oral project in Yanbu University College.
2. Improving their public speaking skills by using Neuro Linguistic
Programming.

1. Identify the meaning of "Public Speaking" & "Neuro Linguistic
Programming".
2. Identify the main problems which usually faced by Saudi learners
while speaking in English in front of a lot of people.
3. Students will also learn the causes of stage fright and how to
deal with it appropriately
4. Eliminate the learners' fear of public speaking by using NLP.
5. Allow the audience to practice some techniques during the course.

A. Introduction-
1. Public speaking definition
2. Neuro Linguistic Programming definition
3. How these two terms work together and lead to improving the learners
abilities.

3. Essential elements in successful speaking.
4. The 25 public speaking skills every speaker must have.
5. Tips to make public speaking easier.
6. Using NLP for overcoming fear of public speaking.

C. Practice-
Teachers or facilitators could give students a chance to practice
the strategies for combating stage fright by assigning a brief speech
assignment, such as an introduction speech or a reading of a favorite
poem. As part of the assignment, require students to write down the
steps they took to combat their feelings of anxiety and to evaluate
their effectiveness. |

Learners will be asked to list the important points of the course,
so that they can focus on them and apply them in their future presentations
easily. |
