2. Content-
|
| I will be reviewing the students knowledge of beginners trigonometry.
The students will be completing a worksheet in a game form. They will
have dry erase boards to write out all answers. They will be timed
for each question and with every answer correct they will be given
bonus extra credit points. |

3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-
|
1.Students should be able to recognize the steps when they see a
sine, cosine, or tangent problem.
2.Although working in groups, individuals should still show their
personal strengths when completing the assignment. |

4. Objectives-
|
1.After completing the trigonometry problems the students should
be able to understand the methods more effectively.
2.While working in groups the students should be able to show their
understanding by helping one another with the problem solving.
3.Most of the students should have 85% accuracy of the idea the next
time they come across these problems. |

5. Materials and Aids-
|
| dry erase boards, markers, trigonometry activity worksheets,score
table,timer, scrap paper, pencils |

6. Procedures/Methods-
|
|
A. Introduction-
1.I will explain the objectives and goals clearly to the students.
2.The assignments will thoroughly be explained along with specific
directions. |

B. Development-
1.I will demonstrate a random problem to the class and ask for volunteers
to help.
2.My demonstration will show how the rules of the game come into effect.

C. Practice-
1.For the first round of the game(practice round), I will make rounds
to make sure the students are working.
2.I will help the students and answer any questions they may have.

D. Independent Practice-
1.I will allow the students to play the game without over looking
them.
2.As the teacher I will check to make sure that they are improving
on their trigonometry methods. |

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-
| 1.For children with any special needs or slower learning concepts
I will make sure they are greatly involved and explain the assignment
repeatedly for them. |
