1. Topic-

Student will use a cardio warmup to get their heart rates up and
then follow with social interaction. |

1. Students will receive 10 minutes of cardio fitness at target
heart rate.
2. Students will acknowledge a change in their body(resting heart
rate) before and after a warm up.
3. Students will interact verbally to complete a task. |

Materials and Aids-
|
4-5 noodles for 'Noodle Tag' or 7-10 bean bags for 'Bean Bag Toe
Tag' |

Procedures/Methods-
|
A. Introduction-
1. Students will be given a review of safety instructions and rules.
2. Students will receive a warm up follow by stretching.
3. Students will experience an affective warmup. |

Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-
1. Students with any physical disorder will be allowed rest and
proper technique training.
2. Students with any social disorder will be guided through gradual
interaction with classmates. |

|
Checking for understanding-
Students will be quizzed on the rules and safety tips of the lesson.
|

7. Evaluation-
|
1. Students will be evaluated on their effort and attitude to perform
the lesson.
2. Students that display a willingness to take lead roles or show
significant signs of progress may be asked to have leadership roles
in the games. |
