Set/Area
- Create circuit by placing chosen Fitness
Skill Cards and other Skill Cards around
perimeter on cones and/or in Shoulder
Folders to form stations. Alternate a "fun"
and a "fitness" station around the circuit.
Number the stations 1-X.
- Place necessary equipment at the stations.
- Create cooperative groups with 5 students each and give each group
a number 1-X.
One student per group is the Roll-taker, another is the Back-up Roll-taker.
They are
responsible for checking the attendance of the group and reporting
it to the teacher.
- Use the same groups each time you use this ASAP. Students will always
begin at their
like-numbered station. |
