Practice skills in stations and bones: skull, clavicle, rib cage,
humorous, radius, ulna, phalanges, femur, tibia, and fibula. |

3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-

1. practice jump rope, hula hoop, juggling, cup stacking skills
2. Keep students in movement and show them different activities to
enjoy. |

4. Objectives-

1. create a movement sequence with a beginning, middle
2.) participate in activities that develop and maintain muscular strength
and endurance
3.use equipment safely and properly |

5. Materials and Aids-
|
4 basketball, 4 Frisbees, box of scarves, hula hoops, buckets, jump
ropes, skeleton puzzles, and cup stacks. |

6. Procedures/Methods-
|
A. Introduction-
1.Quiet game
2.Order up game
3. I will use either one of these games to focus the students. |

B. Development-
1. Introduce the stations: cup stacking, scarves, hula hoops, bucket,
knock out, jump rope, and skeleton puzzle.
2. I will stress the key points to the skills because they have already
learned these skills I am just reteaching.
3. I will break them into groups. |

C. Practice-
1. They will go in stations and switch at the whistle.
2. Students will practice each skill in stations.

D. Independent Practice-
1. some activities like the scarves and cup stacking are skills
that will not be practiced in a group.
2. I will walk around and ensure students are doing the skills correctly.

Closure-
1. I will tell the students why the skills are important to practice.
They have a Physical Education program coming up at an open house
and these skills will be used. |
