1. The Gluteus Maximus is the butt & is known to be the largest
muscle in the body!
2. The Gluteus Maximus is important because it helps to stand & raise
ourselves from a seated position and because, without it, our skeleton
and spine would be without support (We are able to reach, fight, crouch,
and run, which are all vital for hunting & gathering).
3. The Butt-Lift, The Glute Kickback, and the Standing Kickback are
all some of the exercises of the Gluteus Maximus. |
