Subject matter:To be, Simple Present Tense.
Words: Shy, honest, selfish, intelligent, trustworthy, reliable, understanding, strict, kind, friendly, loyal, polite, rude, etc.
3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-
Teacher wants students to learn the adjectives of personal qualities.
4. Objectives-
By the end of the course, students will be able to learn how to talk about themselves and the people around them.
5. Materials and Aids-
Worksheets, open handed questions, online dictionaries, test questions, flash cards, listening materials on computer.
6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

1.Teacher asks some warm up questions to the students.
2.Teacher starts talking about personal qualities.
3.Teacher talks about the specific personal qualities of the students.
4.Teacher makes a list of adjectives of personal qualities on the board.

B. Development-

1.Teacher gives some flash cards to students about the personal qualities.
2.Teacher uses his/her body to create someone who has specific personal qualities.
3.Teacher gives the list of adjectives to the students.

C. Practice-

1.Teacher gives some worksheets to the students about the topic.
2.Teacher wants students to write their own personal qualities.
3.Teacher gives some pictures to the students and want them to write the appropriate adjective.

D. Independent Practice-

1.Teacher wants students to describe someone in their family and this description must be written to notebook.
2.Teacher gives some worksheets to the students.

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-

Students may use very negative adjectives for each other, so teacher can want students imagine some and their imaginary character.

F. Checking for understanding-

1.Teacher gives a test to the students to do it at home.
2.Teacher can write wrong adjectives on the board on purpose, and asks students whether they are wrong or right.

G. Closure-

1.Teacher asks students what they have learnt in the lesson.
2.Teacher quickly makes a summary of the adjectives of personal qualities.
7. Evaluation-
1.Teacher give worksheets to the students about the topic.
2.Teacher can want students to create dialogues using the adjectives of personal qualities.
8. Teacher Reflection-
Teacher wants to know how well the students understood the adjectives.
Teacher wants to be sure if the goal has been accomplished by the students or not.
