Teaching Methods-
|

1. Lesson Introduction-
1.Jeopardy to figure out what they know.
2.The first big event that leads to French Revolution.
3.What happens to the peasants during this time. |

2. Lesson Progression-
1.Explain how the 3rd estate broke from the monarchy and had the "Tennis Court Pledge"
2.How the peasants where starving during the "Bread Riots."
3.The fear of the government attacking the people so the people attack the Bastille to get the weapons before the army could.
4.The "Great Fear" after the Bastille which the peasants attack the nobles. |

1.Go over powerpoint and ask questions about the topic.
2.Pass out handout with questions to be discussed in group.
3.Have the groups give out their answers to be discussed by everyone in class. |

2.Write a small paragraph on if they were living in this period what they would have done. |
