2. Lesson Progression-
1. Students will choose one of two possible choices for political spectrum, based on reading comprehension levels. |

3. Guided Practice-
1. Students will answer 50-60 questions that will give them insight onto their political beliefs and then those will be formulated into a program which will place their beliefs on the political spectrum. |

4. Student Practice-
1. Students will complete Article portion of the assignment for homework. |

5. Learner Accommodations-
1. IEP students will get assigned help. |

6. Assessment-
1. Students will hand in graphs from their political spectrum assessments at the end of the period.
2. Students will hand in their political spectrum articles, tomorrow, 10/08/10. |

1. Discuss differences and need for respect for individuals.
