3.Ss will write contrasts from contracts in some countries.

6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

1.What is a contract?
2.What are characteristics of civil contracts in Mexico?
3. what are the characteristics of civil contracts in USA?
 

B. Development-

1. Ss will watch a video of some lawyers discussing about Mexican and American law system. in civil laws.
2.Ss will watch a video about parts of civil Mexican contracts and American civil contracts.
3.- Ss will watch a video about Contract of lease in Mexico and USA.
 

C. Practice-

1.Ss will write in their computers a formal Mexican Contract of lease.
2.Ss will write a formal American Contract of lease.
3.Ss will write a list of differences and equalities from Mexican and American contract of lease.
 

D. Independent Practice-

1.Ss will read and correct a Mexican Contract of sale.
2.Ss will read and correct an American contract of sale.
3.Ss will co- evaluate each other, giving their comments about their Contract of lease.
 

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-

1. teacher will send by mail to students some examples of civil contracts.
2. teacher will send by mail to students some links about civil contracts to help them to understand better.
 

F. Checking for understanding-
