1.At the end of this lesson, students should be able to know the chronological order of events leading to the Russian Revolution and Stalin's Reign.
2.Students should know the causes of the Russian Revolution
3.Students should understand the short term effects of Stalin's programs on the Soviet Union.
 
4. Objectives-
1.Students should understand the role the Russian Revolution played in power scheme of Europe.
2.Students will understand how Stalin's purges effected the ability of the Soviet Union to fight World War II
3.Students should be able to see how Stalin's policies set precedents for brutal Soviet rule.
