* make length comparisons between objects using the words- longer than, shorter than, smaller than, and taller than
* share observations with others through pictures using theme-related vocabulary
* listen for different purposes by following along with stories
* participate in "I Do, We Do, & You Do" activities throughout the week.

TUES- Each child will color his/her "Growing Like Me" Booklet
WED- Each child will color/cut & paint storytelling props & a giant turnip
THURS- Each child will find/cut out pictures from magazines of people all different ages and people participating in healthy activities to glue on his/her collage.
 

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-

Teacher/Peer Modeling, Allow ample time to complete projects/activities, 1 to 1 and small group assistance
 

F. Checking for understanding-

Teacher will ask questions throughout and encourage responses from each child to ensure understanding
 

G. Closure-

The children will gather back to carpet each day to share/discuss their completed project.
 
7. Evaluation-
Observation/Informal Assessments- inputting this information into- The Creative Curriculum Developmental Continuum for Ages 3-5 Program & into IEP Goals Chart for those children who have IEPs.
