Vocabulary ¬®How to make an appointment® bank manager, dentist, doctor, hairdresser, optician, shop keeper, early, late, appointment, barber, lenses, prepare, a month ago, later today, midnight tonight, next weekend, now, on Monday of next week, the day after tomorrow, the day before yesterday, tomorrow evening, yesterday morning, Can it be a bit later?, First thing on..., I'd like to see..., Is (six o'clock)good for you?, That's better for me, that's fine, till late.
"How to say how you feel"
arm, back, foot, hand, head, heart, leg, neck, stomach,ache, flu, ill/sick, pain, well, Can you phone for me?, How do you feel now?, I don't fell well, Phone in sick, Why, what's wrong.
 
3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-
1. teacher will find out likes, dislikes and if their ss like to study English.
2. ss will know which are the lessons to cover on this course, also they will know how the course will be evaluated.
3. Ss will have learnt and practice new vocabulary.
 
4. Objectives-
Ss will have the chance to practice all their English skills; reading, writing, speaking and listening.
 
5. Materials and Aids-
whiteboard, markers.
 
6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

1.teacher will introduce himself.
2. each of the Ss will introduce themselves. They have to say their name, what do they like, what they dislike, why are they studying English and if they like the language.
3. teacher will write the rules on the whiteboard:

-it is not allowed to eat inside of the classroom.
Ss don't have to ask for permission to go to the bathroom, or to get inside or outside the classroom.
-15 min. tolerance, otherwise is considered absence.
-cellphones must be configured on silent profile.
-respect, nobody is able to speak if teacher or someone else is doing it.
-it is allowed to drink.
-it is allowed to ask for any doubt you may have.
-you can answer a call but outside the classroom.
 

B. Development-

1. Evaluation:
1st exam 40%
2nd exam 40%
task 20%

2.program will be sent by email; teacher will ask his Ss to write their emails in a sheet of paper, so he will send the program the same as the task which Ss will have to develop during the course.
 

C. Practice-

1. teacher will pronounce the vocabulary, will ask his Ss to repeat the pronunciation of that vocabulary.
2. In case Ss don't know the meaning of any word, teacher will try to give the meaning in English if Ss is not able to catch the meaning, teacher will give it in Spanish.
3. Teacher will give some examples of how to use the new vocabulary.
 

D. Independent Practice-

1. Ss will have to make sentences using the new vocabulary, they will have to write those sentences on their notebooks.
2. teacher will check those sentences at the end of the class.
