explain about G.I.M.P (Graphic Image Manipulation Program).
 
2. Content-
how to operate G.I.M.P and explain the key feature of the program
file-is a panel that's used to save or create a new page.
image-the visual item that you edit.
editing-to change or manipulate the image the creator liking.
 
3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-
1.To teach the use of G.I.M.P.
2.Have the students learn the basics.
3.Get them to learn more advance styles of creation.
 
4. Objectives-
1.Students will under understand all the features of G.I.M.P.
2.They will be able to to edit pictures will ease.
3.Also to increase their knowledge on the program.
 
5. Materials and Aids-

Computers with Internet. Need my laptop.

A Smartboard, a printer, and a projector

 
6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

1.To ask a question about image editing.
2.Then start with a short speech about G.I.M.P
3. Finally develop a assignment.
 

B. Development-

1.Having a premade image set on the smart board.
2.Explain about the key features about it.
3. Finally go over it step by step so the student will have a idea of how it is used.
 

C. Practice-

1.Allow the students to try the program out.
2.Later check on their progress and guide them if mislead.
3. Finally get them ready for there homework.
 

D. Independent Practice-

1.Assign the students to make one images.
2.Give them about 2 days to finish.
3.Check there work and see if they was able to use the program well.
 

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-

Allowing them to choose how they wish to make the image
 

F. Checking for understanding-

1.See if they are understand how to save the program.
2.Also to see if they understand how to create a image.
 

G. Closure-

Ask them questions over the program.
 
7. Evaluation-
1.watch over the students and see how they are doing.
2.help the ones that might have trouble with the lesson.
 
8. Teacher Reflection-
Could have given out a guide sheet so that it would be easier for the students to follow along.
