3. Goals: Aims/Outcomes-
|
1. Teach the participants how to share a link that will allow them
to view one another's notebooks.
2.After having received the link, show each student how to sync the
content of the shared notebook and view the updates and/or changes
made by their team mate in real time.
3.Can each participant describe the steps required to sync a OneNote
notebook with another person or people? |

4. Objectives-
|
1.Have the class sync notebooks in teams of two They will begin
by opening the email from their team mate and successfully activating
the link.
2.Have each team sync up the notebook so they will be able to see
the content added and changes made by their partner.
3.Explain the steps involved in this process to the partner as though
they were a novice and see whether or not their partner would be able
to successfully complete the process. |

5. Materials and Aids-
|
| Laptop, a projector, the OneNote software downloaded on their computers,a
copy of the article they have downloaded from Wikipedia, a one page
job aid, and a list of further resources. |

6. Procedures/Methods-
|

A. Introduction-
1.Now that you have created your own one note notebooks, we will
take those skills a step further.
2. Please separate into groups of two or three with those beside you.
