B. Development-
1.The trainer will begin the discussion by introducing e-commerce.
He will be asking the trainees if they have had any experience in
online purchases? Followed by what they think about it and how they
feel about it.
2. The trainees will also be asked if they have had any experiences
or knowledge in fraudulent transactions or disputing items in their
bank statements
3. The trainer will then relate this experience in the American setting
and mention the importance of fraud prevention and charge back prevention
measures. These lessons will be tied to the business model of Verifycall. |
