1.Employees will learn the basic function of Win 7 and will be able to replicate the usage of the User interface.
2.Will be able to apply there knowledge to help the on-site tech in finding key features in win 7
 
5. Materials and Aids-
Microsoft Windows 7 Documentation, Windows 7 setup on each employees machine.
 
6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

1.YOu will learn how to maximize your experience with Win 7. You will learn how to check you PC for the correct requirements. You will also learn how to old Windows XP programs within Windows 7. You will learn how to uses the new features to increase you overall experience.
2.You will learn how to connect the machine the Internet.
 

B. Development-

1.Live demonstration of the Windows 7 documentation.
2.Ask Question to make sure the employees understand and are paying attention.
 

C. Practice-

1.Walk the employees through the various demonstration.
2.Us a projector to show each employee to proper steps.
3.If the employees has issue, assist them before moving on to the next subject.
 

D. Independent Practice-

1.Give the employee a list of scenarios and have them to complete it on their own.
2.Assist the employees if they need help.
3.Answer any question to make sure they have the understanding of the scenarios.
 

E. Accommodations (Differentiated Instruction)-

1.Have an critical thinking session with the employees.
2. Go over more scenarios and have each employee answer the questions.
 

F. Checking for understanding-

1.Allow user to ask instructor question on their take of the training.
2.Any discussed should be documented and emailed to the employee for future reference.
 

G. Closure-

1.Wrap up the introduction of the training.
2.Make sure the objective is meet.
