Accuracy Linear Perspective
The drawing has five or more different areas of failed usage of linear perspective. These areas detract from the piece making the work lose its sense of depth.
The drawing has three or four different areas of failed usage of linear perspective. The drawing has serious flaws in the linear perspective, but still has potential to be successful.
The drawing has one or two different areas of failed usage of linear perspective. The drawing is quite successful in the area of linear perspective, but could be perfect with just a few corrections.

____
Quality of Value
The piece demonstrates no sense of value steps. The depth of the piece becomes confusing due to all of the objects having the same value.
The piece does not utilize the entire spectrum of value. There are either two extremes of dark and light with not enough middle values, or there is too much focus on one set of values and not enough on the other set of value. For example a piece may have all dark values and no light values, or all middle values and no light or dark values, or all light values and no dark values.
The piece has a good sense of value steps. The lightest values are in the farthest away part of the picture a and gradually become darker as they come to the foreground. The piece could use just a couple more value steps to make the transition more gradual.
The piece exemplifies a mastery of value steps. The lightest values are in the background and gradually transition into darker values in the foreground. No additional value steps are needed.
