Employees will demonstrate proper conduct within the work place that builds positive relationships with others by treating them in a respectful, fair, and polite manner. Employees will also contain a high level of professionalism in the work place that helps support the vision of Blue Springs Ranch.
Employee does not demonstrate proper conduct or professionalism within the work place. His/her actions may be rude, disrespectful, unfair, and do not promote the vision of BSR.
Employee's level of proper conduct demonstrated in the work place is minimal. Him/her may struggle with accomplishing one or more quality; respect, professionalism, fairness, and polite manners.
The employee demonstrates most of the performance qualities while in the work place, but needs to continue to grow one specific area. Ex. Professionalism
The employee demonstrates exemplary conduct and a high level of professionalism within the work place. He/she builds positive relationships by completing all of the following with customers and/or employees; respect, fairness, and polite manners.

The employee will identify and/or be made aware of, correct, and learn from mistakes made in Blue Springs Ranch reservation system (IMS).
The employee cannot identify or correct mistakes made in the reservation system (IMS), and chooses to disregard the learning experience when brought to their attention.
The employee struggles to identify his/her mistake made in the reservation system, but listens attentively when taught how to correct the mistake.
The employee continues to struggle identifying their mistake made in the reservation system, but properly corrects the mistake when taught the proper procedure; a learning experience has taken place.
The employee can identify his/her mistake made in the reservation system, properly corrects the mistakes, and learns from the experience to not create the same mistake in future reservations.

The employee will count his/her drawer at the beginning of their shift, and the end of their shift ensuring it begins and ends with $100.00 exactly. The employee will also be sure to match their reservation system money (IMS) to their point of sale system (PC America) to confirm their drawer balances at the end of their shift. If this does not occur a detail report will be printed and analyzed.
The employee continually does not count in his/her drawer to ensure $100.00 to start their shift, close his/her drawer leaving exactly $100.00, nor balancing between systems when ending his/her shift.
The employee counts in his/her drawer at $100.00 to begin their shift (making corrections if needed). He/She does not practice proper closing procedures for their drawers; balancing in both systems, and closing their drawer at exactly $100.00 at the end of their shift.
The employee demonstrates proper protocol when beginning and ending their shift, but continues to be "off" when comparing both systems.
The employee practices efficiency when beginning and ending their shift at $100.00 exactly, counting their drawer each time. Both systems match and/or can explain the mistake before ending their shift.
