To score as many lay-ups as possible in 60 attempts
Aim for 3 lay-ups every 10 shots. Focus on form not scoring the basket.
Aim for 5 lay-ups every 10 shots. Focus on form and make sure you aim at the box on the backboard. Use the backboard to help you.
Aim for 9 lay-ups every 15 shots. Pick up your speed while keeping your form and aim accurate.
Aim for 10-11 lay-ups every 15 shots. Run fast while keeping your form and aim accurate.

Dribble with your eyes up for as long as possible
Aim for 10 seconds of dribbling with your eyes up. Tip: keep the ball dribbling low and close to you.
Aim for 15 seconds of dribbling with your eyes up. Keep the ball close and keep the dribbling low. Coordinate your breath, blinking and dribbles for the best execution.
Aim for 20 seconds of dribbling with your eyes up. Keep the ball close and to make it harder dribble between hands a couple times.
Aim for 30 seconds of dribbling with your eyes up. Keep the ball close and to make it harder walk with the ball and dribble it between arms a few times.

Get as many baskets as possible from the free throw in 60 shots
Aim for 3 baskets every 10 shots. Keep your feet behind the line. Jump to get the ball to hit the rim at the very least
Aim for 6 baskets every 15 shots. Keep your feet behind the line as well as aim to tap the backboard lightly as if you hit it too hard it will bounce off.
Aim for 9 baskets every 15 shots. Try to get half of the baskets swishes by throwing high and aiming for the middle of the front and back ends of the rim.
Aim for 12 baskets every 15 shots. Try to aim for 8 of the baskets to be swishes. Keep your throw high but not too high that it goes over the backboard.

Dribble the ball from one side of the court to the other without losing control
Walk and keep the ball close to you. Don't let your eyesight leave the ball.
Jog with the ball close to you. Keep your eyesight on the ball as much as possible. Occasional glances away are all right.
Run at a steady pace with the ball close to you. If comfortable dribble between arms a few times.
Sprint with the ball closer you. Dribble the ball between your arms with your eyesight forward.

Dribble through cones/obstacles as quickly as possible.
Take your time. Keep your gaze focused on the ball and moving around the cones. Get through the course successfully.
Keep getting the best time possible in the back of your mind but keep focusing on accuracy instead of speed.
Follow the course accurately but try to do it quickly. Gaze and focus are the key factors.
