16-20 points The student is highly enthusiastic about their presentation. The student is not only engaged in their presentation, but also engages the audience as well. The student makes great eye contact with the audience. Speech is clear and is easily understood. The arguments for their case are not biased and greatly allows room for thought by integrating statistics and research.

0-2 points Student only provides little synthesizing in their paper. Their overall arguments are biased and there is no data to support their claims.
3-5 points Student somewhat synthesizes their thoughts to others' arguments, but maintains some bias in their argument. There is little reflection regarding the assignment. There is also some data to support their claims.
6-8 points Student is able to synthesize their thoughts with the arguments from the others in the class and reflects on the lesson. There is little bias, but the student provides a lot of data to support their own claims and explains why the data was used.
9-10 points The student is able to synthesize their thoughts and greatly reflects the lesson. There is no bias in their paper. The student also integrates their data into their reflection in such a way that highlights the key points of their argument.
