Body Coordination
Arms, legs, and breathing
do not work together, usually one thing at a time
Arms and legs are somewhat
work together but breathing seem irregular, out of no
where
Arms, legs, and breathing
do regulate similar pattern for a while, but not consistently
Arms, legs, and breathing,
and body shifting follow the same pattern over time
by maintaining a tempo naturally
____
Speed
None of the body parts
function together, therefore, very slow (sinking)
Some what work together,
do not sink, but body parts oppose water to slow down
Main body parts, shoulder,
hips, sides, etc. flow easily though water but some
other smaller parts, toes or fingers still do not meet
satisfaction (slows down)
All movements work
well with water to prevent any possible slowing down
of swimmer
____
Motivation
Once the swimmer first
fail to achieve something, he/she does not bother to
attempt to break the barrier
A few attempt occur
with small and slight improvements but only with pressure
from others
Improvements are clear
by pushing oneself to achieve
A dissatisfying function
is clearly improved through his/her own motivation.
