Basic foot work
with cross fire punches

4 directional stepping
with no punches. Have feet in L position and shoulder
width a part and bend your knees. Lead foot step forward
and right foot follows. Rear foot step backwards , front
foot follows, lead foot step to the left, and right
foot follows. Rear foot to the right, lead foot follows.
Don't cross your feet.

Every time you step,
you throw a jab(left hand) and then throw a cross(right
hand)then jab again. Jab as you step, you step with
right foot and cross and then jab again. Then bring
your hands back to your head. Then repeat.
|
Do the foot work at
a medium pace speed with good form. Don't drop your
hands, and don't trip on your feet.
|
You add more power
and speed to your punches and foot work. You also be
able to control your movements in a wider dynamic range.
Punch lower with your jab and faster with cross.

Back throw
|
Square with opponent
in a wrestling stance. Weight is distributed evenly
and knees are slightly bent and hands in front of you.
Extend your left hand and grab their right hand and
then step with left foot and then with your right foot,
step behind their right foot and pull leg towards you
while pushing so they fall and they are out of balance.

Do the exercise faster
and more efficiently.

in any situation with perfection.

Break fall
|
Starting from the ground
at a sitting position and you roll backwards so you're
back is level with the floor, as your back touches the
floor you slap with both hands down on the mat.
|
You're still sitting
down and instead of rolling backwards, you can now roll
to the left and right and slap.
|
You can now fall from
standing position, you bend your knees and fall backwards
with your back curved and as you hit the ground you
slap to lessen the impact.

In any given situation
you can break fall and prevent yourself from getting
hurt, every single way, from sitting or standing position.

Stand up defense
|
parry punches, hands
up to temple, if a straight punch comes at you, tap
and deflect it away. If someone kicks you , block it
with your shin by lifting knee up.

Blocking a hook punches,
if someone aims for your face, use a wiping motion left
or right. Then block it with the meaty part of the bicep.
Catching a kick , so someone kicks at you liver , you
catch it as its moving. Step to the side and catch leg
and push it away.

Dodging a punch. You're
going to bend your body. If they punch left then you
move right.
|
You always have to
your head moving and be prepared to dodge at any moment.
Evading kicks, you do a small jump backwards.

Stand up offense

basic combos. Combo
1: is jab, cross, hook combo 2: jab, cross combo 3:
jab, jab, cross, left roundhouse kick
|
You have to be really
good at level 1 combos. Combo 1 for level 2 is jab,
cross, hook, cross, left roundhouse kick. Combo 2 is
inside 4 is right upper cut, left hook, right cross,
left hook. Combo 3 is jab, cross, right front kick,
land front ,jab , cross, left front kick, land front.

Advanced combos. Combo
6 : jab, cross and as you're crossing you level change
lower and left hook to the body , left hook to the head,
cross, left hook to the head, cross. Combo 2: jab and
step in, step out, fake jab, left hook, cross to the
body, left hook, and then kick to the shins.

Using all the combos,
and knowing when to punch hard and soft, and fast or
slow. You know how to time punches so that you know
when to hit them.
