Front stroke

Breast stroke
-Does not move much when pushing water to move -Has troubling lying face down in the water and extending both arms in front of then head to sweep them back -Needs to improve on form
-Form is improving -is able to lie face down in the water and extend arms in front of the head to then sweep them both back -Is begging to move when pushing water to move
-Form is okay but could still improve -arms lie face down in the water and extends arms in front of the head then sweep them both back laterally under the surface of the water while performing a frog lie kick -
-Form is good -lie face down in the water and extend arms in front of the head then sweeps them both back laterally while performing a frog like kick

Flutter kick
-knees keep bending -splashed water a lot -does not move -form needs to be improved
-knees still keep bending a little -still splashes water -moves a little -form still needs to be improved
-form is good -knees don't bend as much -is able to move consistently -does not splash water a lot
-does not splash water a lot of water -knees don't bend -form is great -is able to move for longer distances

Swimming stroke
-smacks the water when performing the stroke to propel forward -form is not really good -does not bend elbows when performing the stroke -does not breath -
-form is improving -bending elbows a little while performing the stroke -still smacks the water while performing the stroke -form is developing -forgets to breath sometimes
-form is good - bends elbow a little while performing the stroke -is beginning to use hands to scoop water while performing the stroke -is remembering to breath while performing the stroke
-bends elbows while performing the stroke -uses hands to scoop water while performing the stroke -form is great -remembers to breathe while performing the stroke.
