Serve
The server can get the ball over the net. Their form isn't perfect but has potential to improve. One foot is slightly in front of the other when serving and the ball is hit near the bottom, with a fist or open hand.
The server can get the ball over the net and sometimes get it in bounds. They serve with proper technique but its inconsistent. They use proper footing and are able to hit the ball with a pendulum arm swing to contact the rump of the ball.
Server uses their non-dominant hand to serve the ball and consistently gets the ball in bounds. They hit the bottom of the ball with the heel of their hand to serve and swings their arm straight with contact and follows through.
The server hold the ball in their non-dominant hand and has their non-dominant foot in front at a 45 degree angle. Their dominant arm is swung straight and contacts the bottom of the ball with the heel of Their hand. The ball lands clearly in bounds and The serve looked effortless.

Bump Pass
The athlete has feet apart and knees bent. Their hands create a platform that The balls can contact. The ball is bumped , but elbows bend sometimes. Legs give some power but not a lot. The ball is hit towards The net but isn't always playable
The athlete has Their feet shoulder width apart with Their knees bent hands making an even surface for The ball to contact. Legs are used for some power but could still improve. The ball is playable for The majority of The time but not always
The athlete had proper stance with feet shoulder width apart and knees bent. Their forearms are tightly together with Their thumbs evenly together. When coming in contact with The ball they prep by starting to extend Legs and raise Their arms in a uniform motion. The ball consistently playable and rarely isn't.
Athlete has a stance with Their feet shoulder width apart with Their knees slightly bent. Their forearms form a plank and Their thumbs line up so that The are even and pointing slightly down. Elbows stay locked and do not bent When bumping The ball. Legs extend When releasing The ball for power. The ball travels towards The net and is playable by others.

Set Pass
The setter has an amateur stance: knees are bent a little but feet k]need to be shoulder width apart. Their hand make a diamond shape but they need to bend Their Elbows more. When The ball comes into contact, The Elbows are used to set The ball, The wrists need to be used more. The ball is barely or doesn't end up being playable.
The Athlete is able to hold a good stance with Their feet The correct distance apart. Their arms are bent at The Elbows and Their hands create a diamond shape. When The ball comes into contact The wrists are used a little but need improvement and The ball becomes playable but not consistently.
The setter has a perfect stance and feet are shoulder width apart with knees bent slightly. Elbows are bent enough to make The diamond shape appear just above The forehead of The setter. The ball is absorbed and released from The wrists and Elbows The ball is always playable, rarely isn't.
The setter has bent knees and feet shoulder width apart. Arms are bent at The Elbows slightly and hands create a diamond shape just above and in front of Their forehead. The setter uses Their knees and Elbows to absorb The ball and straightens arms When it comes into contact. The wrists push up and away making The ball travel towards The net and easily playable
