Clear Writing (Message can be decoded with no errors, writing is clear and has appropriate spacing).

Poor Reading (unable to decode message, does not understand any letters of the Morse alphabet).
Satisfactory Reading (Message can be decoded, with some errors, understands some of the Morse alphabet).
Better Reading (Message can be decoded with few errors, understands most of the Morse alphabet).
Clear Reading (Message can be decoded with no errors, understands all of the Morse alphabet).
