Communication: Ideas are conveyed clearly, completely, and without extra information. Strong vocabulary, background information, and clear logically organized ideas.
Ideas are confusing, not in a logical order. More focus is put on unnecessary information. Word choice is basic.
Ideas presented in a predictable fashion. Strength of word choice is inconsistent.
Presentation of information is clear and complete. Word choice is strong.
