Cardio:Movement taking place to raise the heart rate and get the blood moving throughout the body.
There is no cardio in the warm up. Heart and breathing rates remain neutral.
The cardio is minimal. The participants are breathing slightly harder. Some confusion on instructions,
There is a clear section for cardio. Participants are breathing harder. Minimal confusion on instructions.
There is a clearly defined cardio section. Participants are breathing heavily. The instuctions were clear and conscise.

Stretching:Loosening the muscles in the body to ensure that they are ready for movement.
There is no stretching in the warm-up. There were no instructions.
There is minimal stretching, some of the main limbs were covered. Instructions were a somewhat confusing.
There is a clear stretching portion of the warm-up. Strethching covers most of the main limbs are covered. Instructions are a little confusing.
There is a clear section for stretching in the warm-up. All the main limbs were covered and instructions were extremely clear.

Flexability:Lengthening the muscles in the body to increase movability and strength.
There is no portion for flexability in the warm-up. No instructions take place.
There is a flexability section but it is not defined,even combined with stretching.
The flexability section is clear and body movements where engaged in elongating and moving together.
There is a clear flexability section. Body movements are specific to parts of the body to elongate and strenghthen.

Cool-Down:The portion of the warm up that lets the body relax and recharge after expending so much energy.
There is no cool-down.
There is a minimal cool-down but participants are still breathing heavily and not relaxed. Instuction is a somewhat confusing.
There is a definite cool-down at the end of the warm-up. Participants are breathing normally and relaxed. Instructions are a little confusing.
The cool-down is clear and at the end of the warm-up. Students are relaxed and breathing normally with clear instruction and time to reflect.

Length of Warm Up: The warm up should be inbetween 10 - 15 minutes.
