The learner is somewhat comfortable with the content; and is able to demonstrate basic concepts, but does not fully understand the content. The learner answers parts of question with 70% proficiency.
The learner has an understanding of the big idea. Information is mostly accurate. All parts of the question is answered completely with 80-90% proficiency.
The learner demonstrates a full understanding of content knowledge. The learner has answered all parts of the question, with details and has answered all parts of the question with 90-100% proficiency.

Organization and Presentation
No main idea is presented, the sequence of information is difficult to follow. The response seems to be all over the place.
The reader has difficulty following the work because the learner seems to jump around. No use of models, diagrams, charts or graphs.
