Hurricanes

Introduction:  
  Imagine you are a hurricane expert survivalist and you are going to explain the method in which we do to survive a hurricane, describe the physical structure of a hurricane, explain the method in which we track a hurricane, list the effects of a hurricane, and list the different kinds of hurricanes
Task:  
  The student must create a power point on hurricanes describing what they are, what effects they have, different kinds of hurricanes, how we track hurricanes, and the physical structure.
Begin the project by answering the five questions below.
1) Explain the method we do to survive a hurricane.
2) Describe the physical structure of a hurricane.
3) Explain the method in which we track a hurricane.
4) List the effects of a hurricane.
5) List the different kinds of hurricanes.
Process:  
  First answer the questions in notebook by using the resources that are given. Then create a new power point. First slide must have the introduction, title, name, and class. Second slide must include question 1 and the answer for the question, also a picture. Third slide, question 2 and the answer, also must include 2 different pictures. Fourth slide, question 3 and the answer, it is optional to have a picture for this slide. Fifth slide, question 4 and the answer, also optional to have a picture. Sixth slide, question 5 and the answer, include 2 pictures. Seventh slide should be the resources that you used.

Conclusion:  
  You end by restating the question in past tense. For example I explained the method in which we survive a hurricane, also explained the physical structure of a hurricane, then I explained the method in which we would track a hurricane, I listed the effects of a hurricane, and listed the different kinds of hurricanes.
