4. Objectives-
1.Properly train Training Department personnel in the proper use of the new Training TrackerV2
2.Allow personnel use of the Phantom Training Tracker Program for familiarization as well as find glitches in the system prior to final integration.
3.Explanation of necessary updates prior to total integration.
4.Answer any questions pertaining to use and integration of Training Tracker V2

Computer with Internet access, overhead projector with computer and Internet access.
 
6. Procedures/Methods-

A. Introduction-

1.Today we will learn about the Training Tracker Version, its similarities and differences from version 1 and the things we need to do to make an easy and complete transition to the new prog
 

B. Development-

1.Training Tracker 2 is much like version one, yet we have simplified some of the more common processes and made it easier for you, the user, to operate.
2.To prepare for the integration of Training Tracker 2 we will need to update the current version. This will be accomplished by ATSI Engineers primarily, when we find problems in the integration process we will forward the information to you, the end user for updates.
Many of the problems we anticipate are overlapping dates where overlaps are not allowed such as annual training dated prior to the one year from the previous training.
